Refund policy

At CZEN, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted

  • We will arrange a pickup (if serviceable)

  • After the product passes quality check, your refund will be processed

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 working days after quality check

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • Inform us within 48 hours with photos or video

  • We will replace it at no extra cost

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
